Is it possible to jailbreak his ps3 with the ps4 firmware on it. And if so is there a process to do it. I will say this tho he can never go back to ps3 firmware but he has a year free ps4 to go on the net when ever he wants.

No this is not possible for these reasons.
1. you are on an ofw higher then 3.55
2. having a ps4 firmware on ps3 would brick.
3. ps3 isn't backwards compatible.

This is not possible it is a different OS. Like the above user said it will brick the console. You wont even be able to put it on because you are on latest update trying to go lower.
