Well at list you can download stuff. My ps4 download 2 gb in two days.

U have to make ur ps3 usa account on the site. They wont allow it on ps3 like in the sign up area anymore. Gotta be on pc or ps4 to make one

To be honest idk either. It has to do something dealing with the cod servers period. When I'm on my US account no matter I do what I have people from UK,France etc in the same lobby. And when I get on my UK account I have mostly all UK people on there.
