After I have disassembled and re-assembled my PS3 (partly, I only took out 2 cables of the blu ray drive), it doesn't read discs anymore.
They spin a little bit, because the logo on the cd is placed different. When I push the button to get the cd out, it doesn't spin.

The blu ray drive also doesn't make a spinning sound, just kind of 5 ticks. Last two are longer.
The PS3 makes a very similiar sound when I didn't place a disc, just less loud.

I'd appreciate it if someone could help me out.

Well i think it's quite obvious your Blu-Ray drive has bit the biscuit

Btw, it doesn't spin at all now.

I heard putting it into the washing machine works, put it on a quick wash just make sure you don't leave your disk in when you put it in. Plus then you can wash your socks at the same time.

Did you take it apart again checking if all the cables for the blu ray are in snug?

Yes, and the cables look fine.
