Never done it like that, what happened to your front panel controls. Did you damage them. If you have a slim they are pretty cheap to replace... Around 12$/£8

If you have a Fat / Slim did you damage the ribbon cable connecting the Front panel controls to the PCB. If you did that is even cheaper to replace and you could end up getting it for around $3

yeah I damaged the ribbon cable when I was putting it back in I didn't realise I would of need to do a remarry anytime soon, thanks for the help
