No, he's wrong. A while ago (I can't link you anything because I can't remember) but you could modify the remote play to allow you to play games like GTA and stuff, worked flawlessly. I used it on my computer so I didn't have to pick up my controller anymore, it should work for Fifa 16 if you have a CFW and make a few modifications. I'll have a look around and see if I can find it.
