Post: Signing in problems

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); When I try to use an existing account in the sign-up section of the xmb the first time I click on it I get this error code: 80710b36, and the second time it looks like its going to do it then it says server connection timed out. Whenever I try to log in on the psn website it says I've timed out, and whenever I do a internet connection test it only says obtain ip address and internet connect, no upnp, psn etc. Anyone got any ideas?Sal Oh and also if I try to use a psn account that is already on the ps3, it just says I've timed out.

I've tried resetting my router to no avail, every common fix hasn't worked.

if you used a proxy and it worked, the only thing i can think of is it to do with you IP address, google how to get a new ip with you ISP and see if that makes a difference. Let me know if it does.

If its not working for you on PC either then its most likely your internet connection. If you have a dynamic router then try changing your IP address
