The online servers for the PS3 version of the game were shut down quite a while ago (I think some time last year), so none of the online related features work anymore on PSN.

There's really nothing that can be done to fix that.

Yeah I used to mod that game alot in the past. and over a year ago the Gamespy servers got shut down for PS3. The XBOX 360 version is still online but not for PS3 anymore.
