(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi, I formatted my USB to ntfs32 and then formatted it back to fat32 and now when I put it in my ps3 it doesn't find anything

im completely lost ....on doing this , ut im trying ... i downloaded winrar and the megasync .. for the usa..when this was done i tried restoring it with the usb ,, info ... stats theres no back up data ...helpppppppppp
