I've read that it's an error code given to those who have spoof'd the firmware. I'm wondering if anybody else is getting this today, or just an isolated incident to me.

I'm having the same issue. I don't want to hijack this topic, but to avoid clutter I'll just share my issue here, and hopefully someone can help me on a proper procedure. Here's my situation in detail:

I've been on DEX ITA 4.50 since I ever started modding, which was well over a year ago (at least it feels like it). I've heard that DEX ITA 4.50 (Spoofed to 4.60) doesn't work anymore, and the issue is that it needs to be spoofed to something above 4.70. Now.. I'm not exactly sure how / or what it is specifically that I need to change, I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction, and explain to me how this is done. I'm obviously no expert, and would appreciate any help at all.

In addition, I'm pretty certain that my MAC Address is also banned, because at some point in the past when I attempted to fix this all on my own, I went from the 80710A06 error, to "This console is banned". I don't have reason to believe that it has anything to do with my CID, but I've tried both of my CID's (both the original, and the private) and neither work. I'm certain the issue is simply the MAC, in addition to what I explained before. I know how to change my MAC Address (the long way).. But I don't know what the proper format is for a MAC address. I kind of just switched the last byte, to whatever I could think of. Please help.
