I had it yesterday. Rebooted router and it went away.

This error appears to be one of which indicates that PSN is down... according to PSN website the servers are online now.

Like Helping Hand said. This may of been because the servers were down. How long before you put up the thread did you get this error?

Have you tried setting up your connection method again via your PS3? Try to see if that works for you.
