If it can read a cd/dvd and not a game/bluray, then your laser is shot.
If it doesn't read or show any disc, dvd or cd, then you have the wrong logic board for the disc drive (probably not the case if you haven't opened it.)

It will not read and it makes these weird noises in the play station I have already pulled it apart I have cleared the laser and still doesn't work

Yeah they laser is most likely broken. There is no fix for this we can help you with. Recommend to get a new CFW.
