Take it apart n make sure you put it back together properly.

Make sure all of the cables on the drive are properly attached to the motherboard including the one on the bottom of the BD drive.

I agree with both these guys. You missed a cable on the drive. Just a tip. There are a couple different types of drives. One type has 3 cables on the back that plug into the motherboard and one on the bottom that you may have missed. Its a bastard to get back in but you can do it.

If all your cables are intact, did you take apart the disc drive at all? It could be off track, and they are pretty tough to get realigned perfectly..If you didn't take it apart, I don't recommend doing so.
