You are going to need a capture card, I recommend Elgato, as they perform well and are easy to get setup.

Your going too need a capture device such as Elgato. No specific software on PS3. Only thing that will be used on the PS3 is the capture device itself. As for software its installed and used on your PC.

You can't install a software on the PS3 for this, you'll need to get a game capturing card such as an Elgato. Once you've got that, you can stream gameplay and such. If it's just a one time thing, I would suggest you use a camcorder or your mobile phone to record...
