(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); the fan wires touched on my ps3 (grey and red wire) and now my ps3 standy by light is very dim, turns off after 50 seconds,fan dont run,and video dont show. i bought a new power supply and it still has the same problem any ideas of whats wrong? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Sounds to me like you may have shorted it out. It could have done damage to more than just the power supply or fan. Possibly damaged the motherboard which is probably a fatal damage.

Considering the user has not been on since the 24th of April, and the damages probably warrant getting a new PS3 altogether, I'll be closing the thread.
