(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My PS3 is on 3.41. I downloaded the 3.55 PS3 UPDATE (PC to USB)

It started installing up to 67% Then it said " ERROR" The ps3 restarts and it says "The previous install operation was cancelled... bla bla"

Then it starts over the update and it does the same thing! How can I get out of this?

*EDIT* - When ps3 starts, it now updates up to 0%, then Red Screen of Death.

I have a modded psp.

Lol the loop. :megusta: Full format from recovery mode, and if it fails, Sony is the only option. Or a new HDD. :y:

seriously????

1. Turn off Playstation®3.

2. Hold The power button down; The system will turn on and turn off once again.

3. Once the System has been shutdown, re-press you finger until you hear 2 consecutive beeps

4. When you hear the 2 beeps take finger off power button.

5. You will be promted to plug in your controller via usb and then hit the PS button

6. The Recovery menu will pop up.

You must login or register to view this content.
try that options, maybe would help
