Is Gitbrew 3.66 exploit legit?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); the title says it all im still on 3.66 from the bypass knowing that he might release the exploit. Is this a downgrade? when do you think it will be released. On twitter he put that it will be patched very quickly how quick do u think this is? Will this lead to any other jailbreaks or exploits?
Oh ya and so they don't patch it can you just unconnect your ps3 from the internet completely?

You can block port 2000 on your router to stop them patching without a system update!
