(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); ok so i noticed there are firmwares now that work with broken bluray drives.... well i have repaired alot and sometimes its not the drive its the driver ic and the driver board needs to be replaced but the ic from the original needs to be swapped... can we work on a firmware that we can take ANY BLURAY UNIT from a different console and make it work without swaping the driver board....

u can replace the drive if you want to

no thats exactly what i dont wanna do... read the post please ..... i want to be able to take ANY ps3 drive out of one and directly plug it in and use it

replace it..?
