Listen, This is What You are going to do:
1.Install 1.12 Patch on your jailbroken ps3 , Connect your ps3 via Ftp and go to this route: Hdd0/game/BLUS30337(Id version of your game in this case Mw2), delete the default_mp.self
2.Reemplace the patch_mp.ff for a modded one But for 1.11
3.Transfer Data and that´s all
