well, after a little chat with progskeet dev, they confirmed that progskeet can flash this Macronix. just use the same settings as Spansion's.
and for Teensy++ using NORway, ask Judges. from what i heard, he also made a beta version to flash Samsung. Since it has a same settings with Spansion's on Progskeet, i think NORway would do the same.
