and when i data transfer, it doesnt show either. I downloaded a mw2 1,12 pkg on the cfw ps3, and it still doesnt work -.-. i also downloaded the Tactical Layout for the patch, and i put my setting on tacticle, and when i press up it dont work.

Why is this? please help. /facepalm

maybe you aren´t renaming the file to patch_mp.ff remember that

Install the 1.12 pkg
Replace the patch_mp.ff
(optional, only if bypassing) Delete the default_mp.self
Start the game and go through your controller settings. Try choosing either default or tactical at the beginning of the match, then hit every button until something happens.
Just trial and error I guess, good luck.

Try just using a jailbreak? And use blackbox to do it,
