sony will make an investigation of his ID and activities. if you do it in that page i gave you, you will need another PSN ID to report him.

Yeah but sony dont really care about our Psn ID's they only start monitoring if there is credit card activity or something of that nature other wise they just blow you off like you dont matter.... i mean if you want your account back get all the info on the account and call sony... thats your best bet.

I'm sure what has happened is that the other guy has changed the password on you. Why don't you just reset the password and steal it back?
