So you made your lag switch, and it boots you off playstation network?

Well first (I found this on this forum) make sure you set your internet setting up manually as in look at your ip details by checkiong internet connection status on ps3. Then note down all the details IP address, subnet mask etc etc then manually enter them. I do not know why this works but it does help.

Secondly mtu msu? one or the other should be set to 1500, then here is the wierd bit Sometimes my lag switch works great on tbase10 half duplex then randomly it will stop working and go back to booting me off I find that switching to tbase10 full duplex fixes it then when it goes down go back to half. I dont know why that works but it does.

The orange wire works great for me. in a private match where I am host I can lag for 5-10 seconds and all other players can continue playing my player just appears to them to disappear and re appear behind them with a knife lol

Online you have to be host!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are host my experience is my lag switch freezes the other players in the game allowing me to walk in undetected and kill the campers.

To be honest.... I play better without having to think about the lag switch and being kicked off the game sometimes. But it is a fun thing to play with and my clan were shouting LAG when they were planting the bomb etc and it helped us win demolition.

Anything else ask me and if I have encountered it i will tell you what happened to me and what i did to fix it.
