Yes. But you have to do soldering and use one of this device (depends on your console type)
- Infectus (NAND)
- Teensy++ v2.0 (NOR)
- Progskeet (NAND/NOR)
- E3 Flasher (NAND/NOR)

I thought coding has a thread about this stuff.....

With the E3 flasher you don't need to do any soldering, right?

as far as i know, yes. its still need a soldering. i read it on FAQ at their sites :

"Q2: How about installation for fat and slim ps3 console?
The limited version need solder 34 wires on NAND FLASH FAT CONSOLE, it need use E3 LINKER.
The limited version need solder 50 wires on NOR FLASH FAT CONSOLE,it need use E3 LINKER.
The limited version need solder some points on NOR FLASH SLIM CONSOLE, no need any wire."
