As of now, it's impossible to get banned if you use CFW or OFW for trophies (can't go online with CFW).
Save hacking will never get you banned.

How can you host a modded zombie anyways?
I have the platinum (legit) = PAIN in the butt.
I also just got a PS3 and have 3.55 kmeaw so I'm interested as to how you host a modded zombie online?
