the game stores have to update to 3.65 :/ only if u look on ebay or w.e

It depends on the store. It could be 3.40 to 3.72.

I got mine on 3.30 and put it up to 3.55 then 3.70 auto update came outNo

So why didnt you have Auto update turned off... this is basic knowledge when you have a ps3 that you can jailbreak lol.
Also, why click accept to there terms and agreement, if you didnt click accept it wouldn't update o.0
