Well yeah, but you can play games on all of the CFW's that are out............but all are offline.
The only games that none of the CFW's play are the ones that were made with the 3.6+ keys that didn't have a patch made with the 3.55 keys.
So far in my experience with Rebug and Kmeaws there are a small number of games that I can't get to work on Rebug that I can with Kmeaws such as "Man Vs. Wild".
BTW, if you are in need of the Kmeaw CFW download then here it is > You must login or register to view this content.
Just make sure that you first install the Official 3.55 FW first and then update to Kmeaws through the recovery menu. If you need the 3.55 Official FW then here it is > You must login or register to view this content.

What's the benefits of the cfw now?

Well it depends on what you are into......
You can get homebrew apps and games made by others or develop them yourself....
You can backup all of your games onto a external HDD and play them without the disc.....
You can pirate games.....

Advantages
Homebrew emulators, homemade games, cool programs,
Game piracy, all games before 3.60 are mostly able to be pirated for use on a external or internal hdd or burned to a blank blu-ray disk
ps1 backups burned to a blank cd are playable via a newer version multiman.
disadvantages
No psn
All games made to run on firmware 3.60 or higher cannot run, although they released a new dongle thing thats supposed to enable it.
