Well right now there is no easy and solderless method. You are going to have to open your PS3 up and install hardware in order to get it to downgrade. You really shoulda kept your old PS3, as there probably won't be a new custom firmware out at all.

Okay, Well I guess I will have to solder and stuff. But yeah I guess I should have kept it. So how hard would you say it is to mod so I can downgrade? If it aint too hard I will give it a try.

From what I've heard it's not for noobs, but isn't as difficult as it seems. The hardest part is you need to purchase hardware from a website that costs around $80. Here's a link to their page You must login or register to view this content.
