[sarcasm] i am going to be as honest as i can
the best way would be to devote many hours and sleepless nights into developing a working downgrade method, not to mention all the bricked ps3's that you WILL accumulate, you could develop either software or hardware the prefrence would be yours, but it would be just as easy to develope a working cfw for 3.7+ or better still a working cfw and a custom built psn to connect to, and if you get the time a xbox 360 emulator with live support would be much appriciated [/sarcasm]

there is already ways to downgrade from 3.73 so wtf are you talking about, he didnt say he was going to build a downgrade...
