No first off they aren't different languages. The only thing that has changed is storage locations of data and security codes for access to areas and files on the ps3 systems software and hardware. The current ways to retrieve the codes for 3.73 are understood by several people. Its just most don't have the technical know how to follow the instructions that have been given/ braves to possibly waste there own hardware in trying/ don't care too/ don't want sony on their asses and have them but wont release plus there are per console keys now which we will all have to get ourselves....
