His Ps3 is on 3.66version. Is there a way i can downgrade or jailbreak his Ps3?

lol no u cant jailbreak it but you can buy an e3 flasher there like 100.00 though

yes it works up to 3.72 last i checked up on it if its the fat modle ull have to open ur ps3 and heat up the prong on the chip if its a slim u dont need to open ur ps3
