No, there Is not a 4.00 CFW out, nor Is there expected to be one for a little while. Best chance is to downgrade with an E3 Flasher.

There Is no current CFW for 4.00 or anything above 3.55 for that matter, nor will there be soon. Your best shot is downgrading with an E3 Flasher
