(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); well, today i wanted too go on my ps3 on bypass and apparently there was a new update so i id the update and when i read the agreements they said bypass, hacks ect are now illegle so jb ps3 are now ruined R.I.P JB ps3 lets have a silent moment

Well they weren't necessary legal either lol, otherwise they wouldn't have made all those security measures, usually to prevent people from pirating console games.

A load of rubbish, theres no way Sony are able to enforce or monitor that. Id love to see someone get prosecuted for that.

I would come to the assumption that minors would get a fine. Obviously they're not going to send children to federal detention centers. :derp:

Honestly its just a tactic to try and prevent people from using them. You can still use them,
its just now that if you get caught you could be prosecuted. ^^

However, don't expect it to be more than a slap on the wrist. This update was just meant for cloud storage improvements.
