Is it worth keeping? I can transfer patches to my legit PS3 but, that takes a while plus it overwrites all my stuff on the legit PS3.

I know I can play backups offline but that's useless to me because I can't sync trophies without a ban probably.

Would you keep or sell?

Well If it's banned, and it doesn't have the void sticker taken off, send it to sony but unjailbreak it first, and you will get a new un-banned 3.55 below firmware ps3. But I'd still keep it though as because there will be new releases on how to bypass their system.

The PS3 isn't banned, never even been connected to the Internet. I want to try Showtime and stuff but I read that it still sends logs even when not on PSN :/

I would keep it. There will be a work around. Keep it for sure

Gonna sell it. Even with a work around there will always be some risk. Over 3000 trophies so I don't want a perma ban.

Dude, there is so much more to a CFW PS3 than mods and backups. Emulators are fun. All the movies you want to watch without security checks. I could go on.

Well they can still see the CFW stuff on HDD.
