Banned from PSN with all games, this is a Console Ban.

I am on 3.55Kmeaw and last week was greeted with the above pictures.
I did play online (Need for Speed:Most Wanted) and tested BO2 for about 10mins, but was greeted with Servers Unavailable (So I never played online with BO2)
Either way, I was ultimately Banned.

I have spent the last wee reading multiple threads from many sites, with similar questions, but nothing definitive as a FIX or UnBan.

I come to you guys with some questions:
Changing MAC
-I have heard and tried Chaos Air Bringer; but when I use it, nothing happens, just goes black and then returns to XMB with no changes, even after reboot.
Do I need to be on 3.55OtherOS++ for it to work?

ConsoleID
-If my ConsoleID is banned altogether, I have head you can change it with PSIDPatch, I have tried this and again it doesnt work, I get a error when running the App: 80029519.
If I can get this App to run, will it unBan me from PSN?

Changing/Creating New PSN-IDs, I have done this, All Banned.

So you are saying that the new Rogero is safe(r) to go online? What about 4.21REX?

im online with rogero v2.03 and i dnt get banned, look what rogero v2.03 have and you can see that the rogero is more good than 3.55 because at the moment you can go online without risk of ban, and you can alwais get back to 3.55 if u install 4.31 cfw, all ppls are using 4.31 and arnt getting ban, i dnt know about 4.21rex, for now i think 4.31 v2.03 (latest cfw) is the best and u can access to psn like a normal ps3 without f*k psn or yab and u can download from the store without problems... it look like a original ps3 but it is jailbroken

That sounds promising, resently I downgraded my PS3 from 4.25 OFW to 3.55 OFW and thats where I am at the moment so i have been looking around for a new 4.XX CFW to install, and i was thinking 4.21REX but you might b changing my mind. Can you give my a little more information on it as far as how stable it is and if it doesnt have many bugs? Also, if right now that I am on 3.55 OFW from the downgrade, can I install Rogero right away or do i need to follow any specific steps such as toggling QA and stuff, just asking and I'm not sure if you know or not, anyways thank you for replying

its a downer dude but its ok.i have had 13 ps3 this year will not be buying anymore.lol dudes be careful they ban everywhere at the moment and a xp lobby just no worth it.

Look this video but dnt use his files because 1 files is for downgrade 4.25/4.30 cfw to 3.55 and the other files is for 4.31 v2.00, just download the toogle qa, i was on 3.55 kmeaw and from recovery mode i putted the 4.31 cfw, recovery mode is more good than xmb menu because it prevents briks, so 1st of all if u are on 3.55 original u must install a 3.55 jailbreak, kmeaw or rogero.. dnt use other jailbreak and after install the 4.31, in the video u can see how it is easy to do, i did it in 5minuts because i was in 3.55 kmeaw and when all ps3 got ban i dnt got ban (dunno why xD) and it worked for me

u got banned with v2.03? 2.03 is the latest cfw relased 2days ago
