Post: PS3 was just Banned, Help!

Banned from PSN with all games, this is a Console Ban.
I am on 3.55Kmeaw and last week was greeted with the above pictures.
I did play online (Need for Speed:Most Wanted) and tested BO2 for about 10mins, but was greeted with Servers Unavailable (So I never played online with BO2)
Either way, I was ultimately Banned.
I have spent the last wee reading multiple threads from many sites, with similar questions, but nothing definitive as a FIX or UnBan.
I come to you guys with some questions:
Changing MAC
-I have heard and tried Chaos Air Bringer; but when I use it, nothing happens, just goes black and then returns to XMB with no changes, even after reboot.
Do I need to be on 3.55OtherOS++ for it to work?
ConsoleID
-If my ConsoleID is banned altogether, I have head you can change it with PSIDPatch, I have tried this and again it doesnt work, I get a error when running the App: 80029519.
If I can get this App to run, will it unBan me from PSN?
Changing/Creating New PSN-IDs, I have done this, All Banned.
Thanks Guys, hope you can give me some good advise.

QUESTION... did you mod new games like black ops 2 or something? or even used the modified eboot?

guys stay off psn if you really want psn on cfw then don't play ops2 offline/online,they are catching you via black ops it has got some hash checks on it so be careful
And finding mac address on youtube is not a good idea if the original user complains to Sony and if they really bring up investigation they can trace it and thus can bring cops to your door since you are stealing!!!

go on multiman and in version information u can see te console id, after put it with psid tool

the reason you have been banned is because of bops2 you used a modified eboot which changes the game files and treyarch reports anyone using modified files, sorry

So does the PSIDPatch program require a certain CFW? Because I have installed it and tried launching it, and it returns back with 80029519 Unable to start.
I am on 3.55Kmeaw.
Unless I got a bad copy of it.
Any links to a working Download of PSIDPatch?

BO2)I just wanted to know how to get Unbanned, if possible.
I suggest any other person out there using 3.55 to stay off PSN, this is REAL folks. Banned.

Yes but if your friend use the ps3 for play online, u and him will get ban fast, and i think u must put the same mac address, but i think it will work if u put real mac address and real ps3 id, because sony ban mac and id so if u change it is like if u got another ps3...but if your friend go online too, i think sony will ban u fast... U can try and if work is a good way for unban ps3, but the hard is search a ps3 jailbroken with no ban and get his id xD
