I am no noob to this I use to host on MW2 and had GeoHots CFW but I am sure now there are better CFW .

honestly i prefer rogero very simple to use and its the exact same thing and no you wont get banned from going online there are updates and patches like crazy out there u will be very safe believe me just ask around about all the softwares u need to install on your 3.55 cfw and you will have nothing to worry about
