But that requires you to get it from another ps3...couldn't u buy a ps3 from gamestop get its console id then return the console for refund?

Yes but after awhile they will stop letting you return it...

I might actually do that soon because I got banned yesterday but idk if its a ban or a suspension because my user account can still sign in on another ps3 and I got no error code in the message and no email yet so idk.

yeah yeah, but i dont have one :( i have 3 ps3 more with OFW but idk how to get the console id from one of them... i hear what i can retrieve it with savegames but idk how...

sony patched the way of getting console id so ur pretty much fucked bud sorry

How do you know? Don't they send a email and shouldn't there be a error code in the message?
