you cannot retrieve a console ID from someones game save data. yes someone posted it in the forums but it was incorrect if you read the comments in the post but if it did work that way many people would be fucked big time

Yee, i got banned on a dummy acc today too... plus id. I usually get banned on Mondays/Tuesdays, if i do.
