if you are on dex..you cant install a cex pup over recovery...need a dex pup..but if you use rex then you need to install a ofw dex...but im not sure if you can go back to 3.55 if you are on ofw dex..my last ofw dex was 4.11...on higher im not test it...try by your own risk...

Try the 3.55 DEX downgrader then goto 3.55 DEX then follow the DEX2CEX tutorial on that post. the 4.21 DEX might work if the downgrade doesnt work.
