-PS3 won't find .PUP files and if it does it says that the "Data is corrupted".

I fixed it.

Use the latest downgrader PUP from ROGERO and install it over the RECOVERY MENU.

Mine gives everytime i try to install a pup from recovery mode corrupted! PLEASE HELP!!!! i tried 2 DEX fw's. from NGU

you have the .PUP in the correct folders right? PS3>UPDATE>PS3UPDAT.PUP

install in recovery and when it says press select and start hold select in start until it shows the percentage. This worked for me when had the same problem when i swapped HDDs. it may take a few tries
