I have been looking everywhere for the KIOSK version of the 4.40 update, but have yet to find it.

It would be most appreciated if someone would share this link, if one exists.

No you do need a 4.40 reverter definitely! highly recommend

Im uploading them now, you can install the retail to kiosk one simple in the XMBand the reverter you have to use in recovery mode

The Link that you posted seems to not work, for it gives me Data Corrupted when I try to install it.

oh the reason is basically because it needs to set as retail in the mediaflag txt on the PUP then i'll install
