If the model is not and or below CECH-25XXX and or before January 2011 then no you can't and provide more detail so others can help.

it was made i january 2011 but i dont know where you find the CECH-25XXX

Fats are downgradable, even slims, but they have to be older than 25xx (some 25xx are downgradable).

All fats are downgradable, no matter what model they are and when they're made. But you need a hardware flasher to downgrade.
