It costs around $80-$100 and needs time and skill because you're gonna be opening your PS3, dumping your flash, editing it...

Or you can pay someone to do it for you, it would cost less.

Yes a 20xx is jailbreakable, but if you're on OFW higher than 3.55 you have to downgrade with a hardware flasher.
