Every time i want to install a firmware weather it be a on ofw or a cfw on my ps3, it first detects what firmware, then i click ok to confirm then an error message pops up on my screen "Update data of version 3.20 or later can be installed on this " (8002F969)

What is this horse shit? and this s pissing me off so much because im just stuck at Kmeaw's 3.55 bullshit and i want to get on a rebug firmware.

Any thoughts/ideas/advice

Are you sure your PS3 hasn't been downgraded from 3.60 or 3.56 or 3.55? Who installed kmeaw for you? Did you do it or you bought a used one which was pre-intalled with kmeaw?

ah so how would he install it from the XMB? From system update via storage media?
