I tried downgrading back to 3.55 but I was told by a friend that it wasn't possible without a E3-Flasher. If anyone could confirm that or point me in the correct direction on what to do that would be much appreciated.

Or if there is a way to get my JB PS3 online on PSN while on 4.41 LTE Rebug.

you don't need a flasher, all you have to do is downgrade by installing the rebug 999 downgrader, then flash to rebug 3.55... If I were you, I would use ps3ita 4.21 dex cfw.

Why is it that every time I try to use the 3.55.999 downgrader I get a "Data is corrupted." Message with an error code (8002F169)?

And why do you want to downgrade? You didn't like it? and you should be able to login just fine since your on 4.41.

I did, but when I exited the toolbox it game me a black screen for a good 5 minutes and I shut down my PS3. I don't know if that reverted the QA.


And I needed to find a way to unban my PS3 console, the onlys ways I found were on different firmwares. My plan was to revert to 3,55 CFW figure out how to unban my PS3 and go back to 4.41 LTE Rebug to be able to play online

Ok well to unban you need a valid CID to do that, and a PSID-Patcher for your FW. and explain what you did step by step.

I couldn't find a PSID-Patcher for 4.41 that's why I wanted to downgrade. What I did was I first upgraded to 4.41 LTE Rebug not knowing what it was just noticing that it was the closet one to the OFW to I picked it. (It's been awhile since I've been messing with this stuff) Then I read some stuff on how to get online and how to unban a PS3 but non of it was for 4,41 LTE Rebug. I have a 4.41 OFW PS3, and I wasn't sure if I was suppose to use that ID on my JB PS3 in order to unban it.

I really appreciate the help by the way.

1. Make sure rebug mode is disabled.
2. Make sure QA Flag is enabled.
3. Firmware has nothing to do withthe PS3 console ID.
4. Update via recovery menu

And that's not so bad no worries you can stay on 4.41 until you learn a bit more about on here and you'll be all set! now it seems like you don't have a CID and you could get it from your OFW PS3 but for that you would need to get a FLLASH dump which can only be done with a flasher for example the E3 Flasher but by the sound of it, I don't think you have one, am I correct?
