I tried downgrading back to 3.55 but I was told by a friend that it wasn't possible without a E3-Flasher. If anyone could confirm that or point me in the correct direction on what to do that would be much appreciated.

Or if there is a way to get my JB PS3 online on PSN while on 4.41 LTE Rebug.

Yea sorry man to get a CID from an OFW PS3 you need a flasher. If your still want to learn more about that let me know seeing as to how you seem to be set.

Just a few more questions, sorry. So can I not go online with my JB PS3 since it's banned? and how do I disable the current rebug I have on (4.41 LTE Rebug). The toolbox is only half functional because it's such a new firmware

No problem ask a way! Sadly no since it is banned, only way will be how I had previously stated, you don't disable the REBUG that's the CFW it is like the 3.55 KMEAW you were most likely on. What he ment was inside the toolbox which you manually switch to when using the .2 update .pkg spoofer for 4.21.2 and 4.30.2 REBUG FWs, so you don't have to worry about that. and it's only half functional because the other half is for DEX FW use, which you don't have to worry about. Now one thing I will tell you is that you shouldn't buy a CID online it's not very trustworthy, best bet is to buy a flasher to get a FLASH dump from you OFW PS3.

The toolbox is only half functional because it is not a REX firmware. (meaning it has no DEX features) Full toolbox functionality requires Rebug REX 4.21 or 4.30 firmware.

Couldn't I just use a gamesave from my OFW PS3 and take the PARAM.SFO and put that into a hex editor to find my console ID? Or is that a lost cause

Yea sorry the only way to get it is how I have said above, I believe that method can be used to get your PSID which is something different.

Alright well scratch that idea lol. Now If I went out and acquired a E3 Flasher and retrieved the console ID from my OFW PS3 and got it to work with my CFW PS3, and someone were to go wrong where I get banned again. Would I not be able to use my OFW PS3 anymore?

And I was reading more about what I want my overall goal to be and a thing came up called Real Time Memory where I could mod my MW3. I know nothing about it but I was wondering if I could use that to mod MW3 and play it with out having to unban my JB PS3

Well the E3 Flasher is for NOR FLASH model PS3s (ProgSkeet for NAND FLASH model PS3s), so you would first have to check which PS3s you have, by checking the model number where it says CECHxxx, then go here; You must login or register to view this content. and as long as you spoof the CID again once you login it won't get banned so your OFW PS3 won't get banned but that doesnt mean your SEN account won't get banned so make sure to use a dummy account if you do any online modding. And yes you can RTM banned or not just depends if you want to RTM online or not.
