Right i haven't modded in 2 years but today i got my 3.55 ps3 and most of it im remembering although alots happened since the 3.55 jb.

But ive been speaking to a few people that have also helped me and i have these questions to ask:

I have an ofw 4.41 ps3 and my 3.55 ps3 cfw ps3, can i/how do i make a backup for it, so i can have a mod menu on my ofw 4.41?

How do i data transfer files/what can i data transfer?

Is it possible to have a coldboot on my ofw ps3?

Ive made my own coldboot but i was wondering if i can put it on my 4.41 ofw aswell?

Maybe you could data transfer! Try that!

no, you can not do data transfer because you need spoofer and there are no spoofers for 3.55 to spoof for 4.41

i know you can data transfer, in backup menu, between the 2 ps3 but i don't know about your coldboot :\

Okay thanks for your reply mate, i just got told i could transfer a patch from my 3.55 to my 4.41 and play online with it, thats all.. but is it possible to create a backup? Im just not sure how to do it :/

you can create a system backup in the xmb menu, in the second row, the one where you can change the time, language etc, there's a system backup option, you just need an external HDD drive with at least the same free space that you have occupied in your ps3, for ex: if you have a 500GB hard drive in your ps3 and you're using 350GB, you need a external hdd drive with at least those 350GB free space
