(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My ps3 just got bricked not to long ago. Is it the hard drive thats messed up or the actual console? Could i replace the hard drive and get it unbricked?

I am almost certain that it will work.

I doubt it has anything to do with the hard drive. If so then you would have issues with installing any firmware at the 75% - 99% mark.

I mean, you could still try it as it won't hurt to do so but I wouldn't put much faith in it at all.

It is beginning to sound like you are having hardware problems now with the freezing. Try switching the hard drive and installing rebug again.

Ok i will try it with the new hard drive when i get it tomorrow. When i put the new hard drive in should i just turn on the system or go to the recovery mode first?
