Ok, so the lv2Diag.self goes in the e3 card reader in the removable disk drive correct? then i plug it into my ps3 and hit the power and eject button? Cause i did that and it's still doing the same thing

make sure you put the e3 card reader in ps3 with power of ( unplugged not in stand by)

That's tut i followed and as u can see in the video whenever i put in the card reader it never goes blue and it doesn't put it into FSM :/

did you put the firmware with lv2diag.self? how fast are you doing the power + eject combo?
