Just restart your ps3 into "System Software" Mode using Target Manager

i tried that still didnt work

Are you sure that you have a debugged EBOOT on?

100% sure and ive even tried putting it on again and again still wouldnt work

And you're sure that your debug settings are set correctly for RTE?

I haven't changed any of them since i was on rebug 4.21 dex real time modding so the settings were the same and the looked about the same when i checked is there a list of what the settings should be on? i know 3 important ones like: Boot Mode,Network Settings For Debug,and Release check mode
